Mr Taslim Ahammad has completed his PhD training programme and MA in HRM from Middlesex University. Taslim also hold a CIPD London HR Graduation and associate member of the CIPD London.

As an Assistant Professor in a public university, he has gained valuable experience in teaching, research, and advising. Alongside his teaching, he has held various administrative positions, including Tourism and Hospitality department Chairman, proctor, estate officer, moderator for the debating society, advisor for public speaking club and president for the tree planting beautification committee. He has also worked as an advisor from 2003 to 2009. In addition, Taslim worked as a lecturer and Assistant Professor at London East Bank College, where he gained advance experience in teaching and research.

Taslim passion for Business Studies, in particular, HRM, has been a constant driving force in his academic and professional pursuits. To accomplish his MA in HRM programme, he has completed his placement from the most prestigious hotel, Hilton London Paddington (5-star hotel) at their HR department. This experience has given him valuable insight into the practical application of HRM theories in the industry.

As a researcher, Taslim has published one HRM book and 184 journals/articles, which are available on Google and Google Scholar. He has also worked as an editor, reviewer, mentor, promoter, ambassador, advisor, English speaking teacher, and public speaker, which have all enhanced his professional skills and contributed to his academic and professional success.

Furthermore, Taslim was also a student member of Liberty, Greenpeace and Amnesty International, and the founder president of the Bangladeshi student association at Middlesex University London. These experiences have taught him the importance of advocating for causes that benefit society, and he aim to apply this mind-set to his research and development in the field of business.

His dream is to be a renowned global business teacher, advisor, and contributor as a researcher and writer of many books and articles in the field of business and HRM.

Taslim has come from an advanced academic, professional, analytical and diverse background; hence, he is willing to contribute for the global interests through his expertise, qualification, and genuine enthusiasm.

Taslim Ahammad is an Assistant Professor, Adviser, Ambassador, Editor, HR Expert/Consultant, Mentor, Reviewer & Writer has authored HRM book and published about 184 journal articles and conference papers in journals.

Taslim currently teaches at Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman Science & Technology University (BSMRSTU). He has more than 12 years of teaching experiences. He has held faculty, representative and administrative position at BSMRSTU, Middlesex University London, London East Bank College, London Churchill College, St. Peters College of London and Mont Rose College London. Other work experiences, Head of HR, HR Manager, Consultant, and Director.
