Like a skilfully crafted masterpiece, leadership is an art form that requires creativity, vision, and the ability to inspire and influence others. In this article, it will explore into the concept of leadership as an art, exploring the characteristics that make it unique and discussing how leaders can cultivate their artistic abilities to create a positive impact on their teams and organizations.
The Essence of Leadership as an Art
(i) Vision and Creativity: Just as an artist envisions a masterpiece, leaders paint a picture of a better future. They possess a creative mind-set that enables them to imagine possibilities, think outside the box, and inspire others to see the potential within themselves and their work.
